Glass ordering

I can’t find what I require on your website

We can manufacture to different requirements that we cannot currently showcase on our website. Of you have a specific requirement please get in touch.

How do I know the glass is toughened?

All polished and bevelled toughened glass will have a stamp on the edge of the glass as standard, proving it has been toughened, with the relevant BSEN 12150      stamp.

Note panels without polished/bevelled edges will have a small circular stamp on the face of the glass as standard.

If you require a specific stamp location, please indicate clear instructions as to where to place. We can apply a face or edge stamp to your requirements or even          no stamps, just add in your requirements in the comments section.

How accurate are the measurements?

We aim to achieve a tight tolerance; however, we have an allowance of +/- 3mm accuracy on measurements provided to the dimensions or cut-outs. We                      recommend to design accordingly with these tolerances in mind, unfortunately we cannot accept replacements based on sizes above or below 3mm.

We are here to help, just get in touch with your requirements and we will be more than happy to assist you in the right direction. Choosing the right glass and          understating the material can be daunting, we want to make it easier for you to make the right choice.

How do I fit the glass?

On our buy online we supply only, if you wish to get help on how to fit your glass we can help with friendly advice however we cannot be held liable for uses             that do not fit a particular criteria such as building regulations, we advise you to seek professional advice when glass is being used for a particular use where               regulations are applicable.

Delivery

When will my glass be ready/delivered?

Due to the variety of glass and process involved in producing the best quality glass, time can vary between 7-15 working days. We will email to confirm a                    collection date or advise on delivery, depending on our delivery system. Any changes and you will be notified immediately.

We urge patience as we often have to remake the panels internally as they may not pass quality control.

How will you deliver?

We could deliver in a number of ways, generally via a courier or a specialist fragile goods courier partner. They will arrive with the glass but will only leave the             glass in a safe place.

Where do we deliver?

We operate a UK mainland delivery service with varying delivery charges, however depending on the amount ordered consideration will be taken for weight             and size which may incur additional charges.

Returns policy?

Upon delivery or collection, we request you to have a quality check of the glass to ensure no defects, we will then re-process a replacement accordingly.                       However, we cannot accept returns based on any other reason as the product is made to measure.
